2 Bedrooms, sleeping loft, full kitchen, central heat and air.

Beds: 2 Queens, 1 Double & 2 Twins.

In Season:  Nightly: $275 Weekly: $1,375

Off Season: Nightly: $225 Weekly: $1,125

TURTLE COVE CABIN

Trundle bed and two twins in the loft.

Refrigerator, microwave and air conditioner.

Does NOT have a bathroom, nor kitchen.

In Season: Nightly:  $89 Weekly:  $500

Off Season: Nightly: $69 Weekly: $375

SUNSET BAY CAMPER

1 Bedroom, 1 pullout couch, sleeps 4

Fully furnished with linens, full kitchen, A/C, full bathroom.

Located on the prime bulkhead waterfront lot.

In Season: Nightly: $150 Weekly: $900

Off Season: Nightly: $110 Weekly: $660

Cabin Rental Policies

Rates based on 4 people, and 2 vehicles, extra vehicle $2 nightly

Maximum  occupancy:

Log Cabin – 8 people, Turtle Cove Cabin – 4 people, Sunset Bay Camper – 4

Party deposit of $100.00 required for 6 or more people

Must be 21 or over to rent the cabins

Check in is at 2:00 P.M.

Check out is at 12:00 P.M.

Two night minimum stay

50% non-refundable deposit required

Extra Charges

Extra Person-each per night (children 3 and under free)$7.50

Pet Fees

Log Cabin $50/per pet

Turtle Cove Cabin and Sunset Bay Camper $20 / per pet

If you choose to stay on the premises after check out, day rate of $5.00 per person will apply.
